What did you think when you first felt your baby move?  Very Excited.

What were your first thoughts when you saw your baby?  Amazement, he was finally here and in my arms to love forever. 

What three words best describe your child?  Happy, peaceful, and loving.

What songs do you sing to your baby?  Can’t take my eyes off you!

What books do you read to your baby?  The Little Engine that Could.

Does your baby have any nicknames?  Mars short for Marcellus.

What has been the most challenging part of bringing your baby home? What has been the most rewarding part?  Most challenging would be feeding schedule and the most rewarding would be having him home and loving on him. 

Was there anything you absolutely could not stand while you were pregnant?  Having to go to the bathroom every 10 minutes. 

Did you have any cravings while you were pregnant?  Spicy tomato juice. 

Did you find out the gender of your baby? If so, did you do a special gender reveal?  Yes we found out but didn’t do a special gender reveal.  

What was the best reaction you got when you shared that you were expecting?  Smiles, lots and lots of smiles. 

How did you tell your family that you were expecting?  We called them and they were so happy for us!

How did your other children react when they met their new sibling?  Excited and happy to welcome his baby brother. 

If your baby has siblings, how did they respond when they found out they would be getting a new sibling?  Very happy..

Did anything funny/unexpected happened since your baby came home?  Not yet….

How does your baby sleep at night?  So far so good.  He’s starting to develop a routine which has been nice.  

What milestones has your baby reached?  He smiles back at you.  

What is your favorite part of being a parent?  My favorite part about being a parent is the excitement of getting to share my son’s life. 

What is your child’s favorite and/or least favorite food?  I’m exclusively breastfeeding for the time being.  

What is your child’s favorite thing to do?  He loves to sleep and eat. 

Can you tell us a funny or memorable story about your birth experience?  I was thankful for a fast delivery.  

How did your child get their name?  My husband is a huge boxing fan and Marcellus is the middle name of Cassius Clay.
