How did you announce your pregnancy? On Instagram when I was 36 weeks.

What did you think when you first felt your baby move? Was that gas?

What were your first thoughts when you saw your baby? I can’t believe he’s here!

Does your baby have any nicknames? Where did they come from? We nicknamed him Squeaks because he makes squeaky noises like a mouse.

What has been the most challenging part of bringing your baby home? What has been the most rewarding part? The most challenging part was not being able to fully care for him because I was still healing from my C-section. The most rewarding part was seeing my husband hold and care for him. A kind of love I’ve never seen before.

Share a funny or memorable moment from your birth experience: The most memorable moment was seeing my husband tear up when he was born.

How did you select your baby’s name? This might sound silly, I chose Cole because it was a character the Zac Efron played in one of my favorite movies he was in.

What is one piece of advice you would give expecting parents? Every baby is different. Do what works for you.
