What s sweet family! They’re celebrating Addison’s 2nd Birthday and want to share some things about her and their family…

What do you love about being a parent?  I love watching them grow and change and develop their own personality. Both of my children have their own unique personalities. It is bittersweet as they pass through each milestone and gain more independence.  

What is your favorite thing about your child?  Addison is very loving and she loves people.

What words does your child say?  Addison has a huge vocabulary for just being two and she loves to yell.

What is new in your child’s life?  Addison has been working through getting her two year molars. She has been sleeping in a big girl bed since the summer since she is such a climber. 

Does your child have a favorite toy, book, song or comfort object?  She loves her blankies and won’t sleep without them. Currently she loves to sing her ABC’S and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. 

What is your child’s favorite food?  Raisins.

Tell us your favorite story about your child-  After our son was born almost 5 weeks early, we were expecting Addison to arrive early, too. With a New Year’s Eve due date, we figured we wouldn’t have to worry about getting that close to the end of the year for the tax credit. The days came and went and before I knew it I was 39 weeks pregnant. We ended up getting induced (December 28th) and she came on December 29th.  She definitely wants to do things on her terms.
